Reminder of Basic Terms of Service

All services are rendered on a prepaid basis only. All services are rendered only on a prepaid basis. All rates quoted for services are based upon prepayment of services in advance. R&D, consulting and training clients are asked to prepay in advance for all services. All prepaid time may be used over the following 48 months, either in large blocks or in small incremental chunks. All prepaid purchases of consulting time and services are final; no refunds or returns.

In all cases, my work will only start once I have received cleared funds as prepayment for a block of my time. If you are contemplating paying by check, please realize that even after I have deposited a check in the bank, there will usually be a delay of an additional 5 to 15 or more days for the funds to clear. Likewise, e-checks sent via Paypal usually take from 3 to 6 business days to clear for domestic USA e-checks, and up to 22 days for e-checks from foreign (non-US) sources.
