• Sungazing:Although sungazing is slightly controversial, this is one of my most popular list groups; it garnered hundreds of members in just the first few months of its existence, largely due to the fact that sungazing, which was an extremely obscure practice in the Western world until early 2003, has suddenly become very popular among many spiritual seekers, health seekers and particularly in the Yoga and "New Age" communities. The group is intended as a support group for sincere persons who are committed to the path of spiritual surrender.
